What is Asset Recovery?
Asset Recovery is the process of locating & maximizing the value of unused assets through the redeployment of these assets to the rightful owners.
How much do you charge?
There is never any out-of-pocket cost to the rightful owner(s). We work on a contingency fee basis of 10-33% depending on the jurisdiction and type of asset to recover.
What is Escheat?
Property for which no owner has come forth to claim or can’t be found is taken by the Federal, State or County agencies. When this property is financial such as money, this is known as escheat. This is one of the agencies largest revenue sources.
Where did the funds come from?
Great question! Your funds may have come from many places; a distant relative, safe deposit box, insurance policy, bank account, mortgage foreclosure, tax sale, pension or railroad pension fund or money that is rightfully owned to you; however, you did not know you were entitled to. Once we have received a signed contract from you, we will disclose exactly where your funds come from.

What is Abandoned Property?
